We all know about lawyer jokes. Most times lawyers get the
short end of the understanding stick, but sometimes they deserve the ridicule.
Here is a case in point. A Tennessee lawyer is suing Apple
Computer because of his pornography addiction.
Lawyer Mark “Chris” Sevier says, in his complaint that Apple
is negligent by not making it impossible for him to get on pornography sites.
He says his addiction destroyed his marriage.
The case will probably get dismissed. It is filled with
legal errors and it is an obvious frivolous suite.
Another point is the fact that Sevier is not allowed to
practice law in Tennessee by order of the Tennessee Supreme Court due to mental
infirmity or illness.
I wonder how this guy passed the bar exam in the first
place.
