Will We Ever Learn?

When will we ever learn?

At last count there are sixteen on-going armed conflicts occurring on our allegedly peaceful planet.

Some conflicts are little ones, but the killing of people is never little all tears run together.  Some conflicts are big, like the lengthy and deadly wars in Afghanistan and Pakistan when so many die each day of festering political hatred, mistrust and corruption.

NOW we have 17 wars of conflict. Russia’s dictator Putin sent troops into the sovereign territory of the Ukraine. It’s all-political and all power. Putin would love to reestablish the old Soviet Union at any cost. People become political pawns and their lives expendable. It goes on and on and for what?

When will we ever learn?
