I’m wondering lately, how does a disconnect happen between
congress and its constituents, between business and customers, between husband
and wife, parents and children, religion and parishioners’, the military and
citizens, and between the President and the citizenry?
To me, disconnect happens when honesty and truth are absent.
When people are not willing to tell it like it is and suffer
the consequences if that is the case.
A disconnect happens when the truth is subservient to the
desired result of government or managerial control.
A disconnect happens when feelings are more important than
facts and when dogma usurps intellect and reason.
