Another school shooting. Students and faculty dead. It's the 18th school shooting this year, and it's only mid-February.

It's infuriating that the local FBI had calls on the shooter and failed to act. Inexcusable. The victim's families should be financially compensated (as in medical maleficence) by the U.S. Government for this tragedy. The Parkland shootings should not have happened.
